  • Out-of-network fees:

    • New intake (60-90 minutes) - $200

    • Follow-up visits (45-60 minutes) - $155-190

All fees are due at the time of service. We will discuss fees during the initial consultation before your first appointment. You will be billed directly through your client portal.

Increasing access to mental health services to those who have historically had less access to care is something we feel strongly about. If you are a student of color with limited resources, please contact me about CommUNITY Connect, a discounted therapy fee program.

  • I am an in-network provider with in the following insurances in Colorado only:

    • Aetna

    • Carelon

Check your eligibility to make sure you're covered.

  • If I am out-of-network (OON) with your insurance, that does not necessarily mean you won't get any coverage!

Your insurance might reimburse psychotherapy fees paid out-of-pocket if you have OON benefits. Call the number on the back of your insurance card and confirm with your insurance provider about OON benefits, which can often make psychotherapy affordable, similar to in-network coverage.

Upon request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for OON reimbursement benefits. A diagnosis, discussed in your first appointment, is required for insurance reimbursement. Learn more about how to use OON benefits.

To make things easy, I have partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits. Create an account to instantly check your OON benefits.

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

Late cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in a $100 fee.

  • Payments are due within 7 days of your appointment. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

    • A $25 late fee will apply to invoices unpaid after 7 days, unless other terms were agreed upon between you and your provider.

    • We offer and recommend enrolling in autopayment. Enrolling in autopayment will help you avoid being charged a late payment fee.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under federal law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

    • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

    • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

    • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
